Catriona Gray has officially started her duties as Miss Universe 2018 as soon as she arrived in New York City last Friday, January 4. On Saturday, January 5, she went to her briefing at the Miss Universe Organization headquarters wearing a long-sleeved shirt and a denim skirt hand-embellished with mother-of-pearl by the Tagakaolo tribe from local clothing line Niñofranco. For this look, she was styled by Ton Lao.

She had a free day on her 25th birthday last Sunday, January 6. On Monday, January 7, the 25-year-old Filipino-Australian beauty queen kicked off her media week with a round of interviews and guesting on several American TV shows. In all her official interviews, Catriona was styled by Marquis Bias, the resident fashion stylist of Miss Universe who also dressed up Pia Wurtzbach during her reign.

She first appeared on Good Morning America and Live with Kelly and Ryan dressed in peplum knit belted dress from Karen Millen.
